Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 30, 2026 Last Revised: May 30, 2026 Governing Jurisdiction: New York, United States

INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes how SYVÉ ("SYVÉ," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about you when you visit and shop at www.syvé.com (the "Site") and when you communicate with us by any digital means.

SYVÉ is a premium fashion brand that operates exclusively online. We have no physical retail stores, no pop-up locations, and no offline points of sale. Every transaction, order, customer interaction, and brand experience takes place entirely through our website, www.syvé.com.

Our Site is built on and powered by Shopify Inc., one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. References to "the Site" and "our platform" throughout this document refer to www.syvé.com and all related digital touchpoints operated by SYVÉ.

By visiting our Site, creating an account, placing an order, signing up for emails, or interacting with any part of our digital experience, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

SECTION 1 — WHO WE ARE

Legal Name: SYVÉ Business Type: Exclusively Online Fashion Retailer Website: www.syvé.com E-commerce Platform: Shopify Inc. Contact Email: syveglobal@gmail.com

Registered Business Address: SYVÉ 1745 Broadway New York City, New York 10019 United States

For all privacy-related questions, data requests, complaints, or concerns, please write to us at syveglobal@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Enquiry."

SECTION 2 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in three ways: directly from you when you interact with our Site, automatically when you browse our Site, and in limited cases from trusted third parties.

A. Information You Give Us Directly

When you create a SYVÉ account, place an order, contact customer service, write a review, or sign up for emails, we collect the following:

Your full name, email address, and password for your SYVÉ account. Your shipping address and billing address including street, city, state, zip code, and country. Your phone number, which we and our shipping partners use to coordinate delivery. Your payment information — including card number, expiry date, and CVV — which is processed entirely by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. At no point does SYVÉ store, see, or have access to your full card number or security code. Your complete order history including items purchased, quantities, sizes, colours, prices paid, and order dates. Your product preferences, saved items, wishlist contents, and any style or size preferences you add to your account. The content of any messages you send our customer service team, whether by email, chat, or social media. Your product reviews and ratings if you choose to submit them. Your marketing preferences and the record of your consent to receive communications from us.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit www.syvé.com, we and our technology partners automatically collect certain data about your device and your behaviour on our Site. This includes your IP address and the approximate geographic location it indicates. Your browser type, version, and settings. The device you are using, including whether it is a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, along with its operating system and unique device identifier. Every page on our Site that you visit, how long you spend on each page, and the order in which you navigate. Products you view, add to your cart, save to your wishlist, or purchase. Search terms you enter within our Site. The website or advertisement that referred you to syvé.com. Your shopping cart contents and checkout behaviour, including whether you complete or abandon a purchase.

C. Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive additional information about you from the following sources:

Shopify Inc., which powers our Site and processes technical and transactional data on our behalf. Payment processors who provide fraud risk signals to help protect both you and SYVÉ from unauthorised transactions. Social login providers such as Google if you choose to sign into your SYVÉ account using a third-party login service — in that case, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as permitted by that service. Our advertising partners, who provide aggregated and anonymised insights about the audiences who engage with our ads.

SECTION 3 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

To process and fulfil orders you place on www.syvé.com, including verifying payment, packaging, coordinating delivery through DHL, FedEx, and United Parcel Service (UPS), and managing returns and refunds.

To send you transactional communications, including your order confirmation, shipping notification with tracking details, estimated delivery update, and return or refund confirmation.

To create and maintain your SYVÉ account and give you access to your order history, saved addresses, and account preferences.

To respond to your customer service enquiries, complaints, and requests.

To personalise your experience on our Site, including recommending products you may like based on what you have browsed and purchased.

To send you marketing emails, new collection announcements, exclusive promotions, and editorial content — but only when you have given us explicit consent to do so. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and other activities that violate our terms or break the law.

To analyse how customers use our Site so we can improve its design, performance, and product offering.

To run targeted advertising campaigns on third-party platforms including Google and Meta, where you have consented via our cookie preferences.

To comply with our legal obligations under the laws of the State of New York and the United States.

SECTION 4 — HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

SYVÉ does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own commercial or marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary.

A. Shopify

Our Site is built on and hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify processes certain data on our behalf as part of powering our e-commerce operations. Shopify's privacy practices are described at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.

B. Shipping and Delivery Partners

To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address, phone number, and order reference with our three shipping partners:

DHL International — for domestic and international express delivery. FedEx Corporation — for express and standard domestic and international shipping. United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) — for standard, ground, and express delivery services worldwide.

These partners use your delivery information solely to ship your order and provide you with tracking updates. They do not use your information for any marketing or profiling purposes.

C. Payment Processors

All payment transactions are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors integrated with our Shopify store. SYVÉ never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date, or CVV. Your payment data is transmitted directly and securely between you and the payment processor.

D. Technology and Service Providers

We work with carefully selected third-party companies to operate our Site and serve our customers. These include cloud hosting and data storage providers, email delivery and marketing automation platforms, customer support and live chat tools, website analytics providers including Google Analytics, and cybersecurity and fraud detection services. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement that restricts them from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to SYVÉ.

E. Advertising Platforms

Where you have given your consent through our Cookie Preferences Centre, we may share anonymised or hashed identifiers with advertising platforms — including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — to serve you relevant SYVÉ advertisements when you browse other websites and apps.

F. Legal and Regulatory Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information where required to do so by law, including in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or request from a government authority. We may also disclose information where necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of SYVÉ, our customers, or the public.

G. Business Transfers

If SYVÉ is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you by email and via a notice on www.syvé.com before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

SECTION 5 — SHOPIFY AND YOUR DATA

Because our Site is powered by Shopify, Shopify has access to certain data about how you use our Site and how your orders are processed. Shopify acts as a data processor on our behalf, meaning they handle your data according to our instructions and are bound by their own privacy obligations. To learn more about how Shopify handles data, please visit https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Shopify also operates its own cookies and tracking technologies that are separate from ours. These are governed by Shopify's cookie policy and are used to support the secure and reliable operation of the e-commerce platform.

SECTION 6 — COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

www.syvé.com uses cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate our Site, understand how customers use it, and deliver relevant advertising. When you first visit our Site, you will be shown a cookie consent banner that allows you to choose which categories of cookies you accept.

Essential Cookies are strictly necessary for our Site to work. They keep you logged into your account, maintain your shopping cart between sessions, and enable secure checkout. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without losing access to core Site features.

Performance and Analytics Cookies collect anonymised data about how visitors use our Site — which pages are visited most, how long people spend on them, and where they navigate. This helps us make our Site better. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.

Functional Cookies remember your preferences such as your language setting, currency, recently viewed products, and saved filters. They make your shopping experience faster and more personalised.

Marketing and Advertising Cookies track browsing behaviour across our Site and across the broader internet to serve you targeted SYVÉ advertisements on platforms such as Google, Instagram, and Facebook. They also allow us to measure how effective our advertising is.

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of www.syvé.com. Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies will not affect any previous data that was collected while consent was active. You may also adjust cookie settings directly in your browser at any time.

For more information about the cookies specifically set by Shopify, please visit https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies.

SECTION 7 — DATA SECURITY

Protecting your personal information is a responsibility we take seriously at SYVÉ. We have implemented the following technical and organisational safeguards:

All data sent between your browser and www.syvé.com is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). Sensitive personal data stored in our systems is encrypted at rest. Your payment card information is processed directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partner and is never stored on SYVÉ's servers or seen by any SYVÉ employee. Access to your personal data within SYVÉ is restricted to team members who need it to do their jobs, and they are trained in responsible data handling. Our Shopify-hosted infrastructure benefits from Shopify's enterprise-level security standards and regular third-party security audits. We perform regular reviews of our own data handling practices.

While we take every reasonable step to protect your information, no system of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that may put your personal information at risk, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authority as required by law.

To protect your own account, we recommend using a strong and unique password and signing out of your SYVÉ account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at syveglobal@gmail.com.

SECTION 8 — DATA RETENTION

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it, or as required by law.

Your account information and complete order history are retained for seven years from the date of your last purchase. This is required for financial record-keeping and tax purposes under United States federal and New York State law.

Marketing data, including your email subscription and consent record, is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

Customer service records are kept for three years from the date your enquiry was resolved, in case of follow-up questions or disputes.

Browsing and analytics data is anonymised after thirteen months, after which it cannot be linked back to you as an individual.

Fraud prevention records may be retained for up to five years to protect against repeated fraudulent activity.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it securely or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

SECTION 9 — YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Regardless of where you are located, all SYVÉ customers have the right to contact us about their personal data. Depending on your location, you have additional specific rights under applicable law. We will always respond to your requests respectfully and without delay.

To exercise any of the rights below, please email syveglobal@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and include your full name and the email address registered to your SYVÉ account. We will verify your identity before processing any request.

A. Rights for All Customers

You have the right to ask what personal information SYVÉ holds about you, and to receive a copy of it. You have the right to ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete. You can also update most of your information directly from your SYVÉ account settings page. You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it. You have the right to opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or by writing to syveglobal@gmail.com. We will process all opt-out requests within 10 business days.

B. California Residents — Rights Under the CCPA and CPRA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the following rights:

The right to know exactly what personal information we have collected, used, shared, or disclosed about you, and for what purpose. The right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to limited legal exceptions. The right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes. The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. The right to equal service — we will never deny you access to our products, charge you a different price, or provide a lower level of service because you exercised a CCPA right.

SYVÉ does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. However, certain advertising cookie activities may be considered "sharing" under CCPA. You can opt out via our Cookie Preferences Centre.

To make a California privacy request, email syveglobal@gmail.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 calendar days.

C. European and United Kingdom Residents — Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the following rights: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and rights related to automated decision-making.

If you wish to exercise any GDPR right, please contact us at syveglobal@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For UK residents, this is the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk.

SECTION 10 — INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

SYVÉ is based at 1745 Broadway, New York City, New York 10019, United States. Your personal information is primarily stored and processed in the United States.

Because we deliver orders globally with DHL, FedEx, and UPS, and because some of our technology providers operate internationally, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United States or the European Economic Area.

Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure that your information is protected to a standard equivalent to that required in your home country. For transfers from the European Economic Area, we rely on mechanisms approved by the European Commission, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

SECTION 11 — CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

www.syvé.com is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided us with their personal information, please contact us immediately at syveglobal@gmail.com and we will delete that information promptly.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or partner pages. Once you leave www.syvé.com, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We have no control over the privacy practices of external websites and are not responsible for their content or policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

SECTION 13 — DO NOT TRACK

Some web browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing activity not be tracked. Because there is currently no recognised legal standard for how websites should respond to Do Not Track signals, www.syvé.com does not alter its data practices in response to such signals. You can manage your privacy preferences through our Cookie Preferences Centre.

SECTION 14 — CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date and Last Revised date at the top of this page. If the changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect how we handle your data or your rights — we will notify you by sending an email to your registered address and by posting a notice on www.syvé.com before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of our Site after the revised policy takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and request deletion of your data before they take effect. Previous versions of this Privacy Policy are available upon request by writing to syveglobal@gmail.com.
