Returns & Refunds


  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions

  • 1. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • 2. Items bought on sale or as part of a promotion.

  • 3. Items showing signs of wear or damage.

  • 4. Accessories, innerwear, or customized products.

  • 1. SYVÉ will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label

  • 2. The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.


  • 3. Tags and packaging are intact.


  • 4. You have the original invoice or order confirmation email.

  • 1. Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (if eligible).

  • 2. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • 3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • 2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  • 3. You may need to ship the item to our return address (shared via email).

  • 1. Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • 2. SYVÉ reserves the right to reject a return if it does not meet our policy conditions.
