We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions
Not Eligible for Return

1. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

2. Items bought on sale or as part of a promotion.

3. Items showing signs of wear or damage.

4. Accessories, innerwear, or customized products.
Eligible for Return

1. SYVÉ will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label

2. The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

3. Tags and packaging are intact.

4. You have the original invoice or order confirmation email.
Refunds

1. Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (if eligible).

2. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
How to Initiate a Return

3. You may need to ship the item to our return address (shared via email).
